CSR/Teller - University & Dean, Orlando, FL - Part-Time

What you'll do

• Provide excellent customer service and listen to customer needs to guide them to appropriate solutions
• Handle cash, maintain accurate balancing records, and correct discrepancies following bank policies
• Refer customers to bankers and business partners based on identified financial needs
• Resolve customer problems professionally and escalate complex issues to leadership as needed

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to interact confidently with the public and handle extensive cash
• Knowledge of retail banking policies, procedures, and products
• Flexibility with scheduling and sound judgment in decision-making
