What you'll do

• Build client relationships through face-to-face meetings and proactive outreach to understand financial needs.
• Open accounts, process transactions, originate consumer loans, and submit credit applications.
• Educate clients on deposit, loan, and digital banking products tailored to their goals.
• Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking services and leverage technology for optimal service.

What they're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than four years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with ability to identify client needs.
• Familiarity with digital products and self-service banking technologies preferred.

Pay and perks

• $26.92–$36.54 per hour.
