What you'll do

• Build client relationships through face-to-face meetings and proactive outreach to understand financial needs.
• Open accounts, process transactions, and originate consumer loans.
• Educate clients on deposit, loan, and digital banking products and services.
• Recommend financial solutions tailored to each customer's goals.

What they're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than four years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of digital banking products and self-service technologies.

Pay and perks
