Teller Part-Time (20 Hours) - Co-Op City Branch

What you'll do

• Serve as first point of contact for clients, providing friendly and efficient customer service
• Process banking transactions including cash management and vault operations
• Identify product and service referral opportunities based on client needs
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and Citi's products and services

• Sales and customer service experience preferred

Pay and perks
