UPS Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) delivers end-to-end logistics solutions through business units such as Global Freight Forwarding (Air & Ocean Freight), Warehousing & Distribution, Transportation Management, Customs Brokerage, Service Parts Logistics, Healthcare Logistics, and Supply Chain Design & Optimization. The SCS Internship Program creates value by placing interns on meaningful projects that directly support these organizations through data analysis, process improvement, research, and strategic problem-solving. Unlike traditional internships, many SCS projects do not have predefined solutions or step-by-step instructions, requiring interns to navigate ambiguity, engage stakeholders, and develop actionable recommendations. Because of the complexity and business impact of this work, we seek top talent from supply chain, engineering, analytics, technology, business, and related disciplines who demonstrate strong critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and communication skills. The program not only delivers immediate business value but also serves as a strategic pipeline for identifying and developing future talent capable of solving the complex challenges that drive SCS forward.
