Summer 2027 MBA Internship- MedTech Marketing Leadership Development Program (MLDP)

What you'll do

• Lead strategic business initiatives with exposure to senior leaders and cross-functional teams globally.
• Develop marketing materials, pricing strategies, and launch plans for assigned products.
• Partner with R&D and customers to identify unmet needs and drive product development.
• Execute regional product launches and gather customer insights through field engagement.

What they're looking for

• Currently enrolled in MBA program with expected graduation by July 2028.
• Minimum 4 years professional work experience post-undergraduate degree.
• Healthcare, medical device, or marketing experience preferred.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship needed.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Pay and perks

• $49,350–$80,902.50 annually; $52/hr or $59.50/hr in Bay Area.
• Sign-on bonus eligible; overtime eligible; medical benefits available.
• Up to 40 hours sick time annually; pension plan participation available.
