SRAM Design Engineer Intern

What you'll do

• Develop, simulate, and optimize SRAM circuits for semiconductor products.
• Design transistor-level schematics for bitcells and peripheral circuits.
• Verify design timing, power, and reliability using EDA tools.
• Document findings and simulation results in technical reports.

What they're looking for

• Pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• At least one academic term remaining in your program.
• Proficiency in Python, Perl, or TCL scripting languages.
• Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, hspice, finesim, or spectre tools.

Pay and perks

• Hourly base pay rate of $28–$68 USD.
• Includes relocation and housing stipends for eligible interns.
