Intern - Kite Development - Tech Ops (Quality)

What you'll do

• Review Maximo system data to spot recurring maintenance issues and reduce unnecessary quality checks.
• Observe quality assurance inspections of equipment records and documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Help with validation activities including organizing protocol materials and tracking discrepancies.
• Build reports, visualizations, and improvement recommendations based on operational data.

What they're looking for

• Full-time student pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree with at least 2.8 cumulative GPA.
• Eligible to work in the US without needing employer sponsorship; available for 10-12 consecutive weeks between May and August.
• Ideal candidates studied biostatistics, cell biology, biomedical engineering, or related quantitative fields.
• Demonstrates strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and with teams.

Pay and perks

• Hourly compensation between $19.00 and $55.00 based on education level and work location.
