Intern - Kite Development - Program Operations

What you'll do

• Observe senior program managers handling cross-functional initiatives and long-term strategy.
• Execute project management fundamentals in a collaborative product setting.
• Facilitate organizational transitions by handling outreach, records, and stakeholder coordination.
• Gather and present metrics for product and portfolio assessments.
• Help refine and roll out Kite's operational framework to boost efficiency.

What they're looking for

• Pursuing a degree full-time at an accredited U.S. institution (bachelor's through PhD level).
• Maintain at least a 2.8 GPA when applying and starting.
• Already authorized to work domestically without needing visa sponsorship.
• Commit to 10–12 consecutive weeks between May and August.
• Able to report to Santa Monica office regularly (hybrid arrangement).

Pay and perks

• Compensation between $19.00–$55.00 per hour.
• Paid holidays, paid time off, and housing assistance available to qualifying interns.
