Finance Leadership Development Internship (2028 Graduates)

What you'll do

• Rotate through finance functions including FP&A, corporate planning, strategy, development, and investor relations
• Work on cross-functional project teams with senior leaders and executives
• Build technical finance and accounting skills through hands-on experience
• Develop understanding of global business operations and complex organizational challenges

What they're looking for

• Strong financial modeling, data analytics, and technical skills
• Ability to solve complex problems in ambiguous environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all organizational levels
• MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; Power BI and SQL experience preferred
• Fast learner comfortable with change and committed to continuous improvement
• U.S. work authorization required; must be commutable to Stamford, CT

Pay and perks

• $17-$25 hourly rate
• Paid sick time and 401k match for 20+ hours weekly
