GDIT Summer Internship Program – Summer 2027 Summer Finance and Accounting Associate Internship

What you'll do

• Support financial data collection, validation, and analysis for internal and external clients.
• Use modeling and analytics to understand how financial decisions impact company performance.
• Conduct research and analytical services related to financial data and regulatory policy.
• Assist in planning, designing, and improving financial processes.

What they're looking for

• Currently enrolled in associate's, bachelor's, or master's degree in finance, statistics, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel including data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and charts.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge; experience with PowerBI or Tableau preferred.

Pay and perks

• Hourly rate between $20.40–$27.60.
• Full-time, 40 hours/week for 10 consecutive weeks.
• Hybrid role requiring minimum three days/week in Herndon, VA or Falls Church, VA.
