What you'll do

• Shadow sales account managers during customer meetings and service calls.
• Learn the end-to-end sales process for HVAC systems and building controls.
• Collaborate with peers on technical, business, and leadership development projects.
• Act as a daily point-of-contact for customers to support solution-making.
