What you'll do

• Shadow sales account managers during customer meetings and service calls.
• Learn the sales process for HVAC systems and building automation.
• Collaborate with peers on technical, business, and communication projects.
• Gain hands-on experience in equipment application and service fulfillment.

What they're looking for

• Students completing at least their sophomore year by summer 2027.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or engineering.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Pay and perks

• Hourly pay ranging from $21.00 to $30.00.
