What you'll do

• Shadow sales account managers during customer meetings and service calls.
• Learn the full sales cycle for HVAC systems and building controls.
• Collaborate with peers across North America during the 12-week program.
• Assist with technical sales tasks and client relationship management.

What they're looking for

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
• Completed at least two years of college before the internship starts.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months.

Pay and perks

• Hourly pay ranging from $21.00 to $30.00.
