About our Team
The Insurance and Healthcare (IHC) Marketing team supports the vertical and product organizations across IHC. The team builds right-time, right-place awareness and engagement to promote hundreds of solutions to insurance customers worldwide. Specifically, we drive demand for our solutions, serve as guardians of the LexisNexis Risk Solutions brand, and manage brand identity assets. We work with business partners to develop market messaging. We plan and execute strategic campaigns and events, and conduct market research to provide insights that support marketing and business initiatives.
The LexisNexis Risk Solutions Insurance Vehicle Intelligence Marketing team builds awareness, generates demand, and supports go-to-market priorities for Vehicle Intelligence solutions. Combining insurance, vehicle, ownership-data, and analytics expertise, the business delivers deeper insights to automotive and insurance organizations. In a collaborative, matrixed environment, we partner across product, sales, strategy, creative, and marketing to create messaging, thought leadership, sales tools, events, campaigns, and content for these audiences.
About the Role
The Vehicle Intelligence Marketing Intern will join the Insurance and Healthcare business unit within LexisNexis Risk Solutions and support marketing initiatives across the Vehicle Intelligence solutions portfolio. You will contribute to projects that help drive awareness, engagement, and demand generation. Working with marketing and cross-functional teams, you will support content creation, campaign execution, market research, and go-to-market activities while gaining exposure to marketing strategy, analytics, and customer-focused communications. Throughout the internship, you'll gain practical experience, collaborate with experienced marketing professionals, and develop skills that help you contribute to meaningful business outcomes in a data-driven, AI-enabled environment.
Program Dates: May 24 – July 30, 2027
Duration: 10 weeks
Location: On-site in Alpharetta, GA. Candidates should be able to work on-site for the duration of the internship.
Relocation Assistance: Relocation assistance is not available for this internship.
Eligibility Requirements: Candidates must be currently enrolled undergraduate students with an expected graduation date of May 2027.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the development of marketing content, including sales enablement materials, web copy, social media posts, blog content, event materials, and internal communications.
- Support thought leadership initiatives through research on usage-based insurance, consumer experiences, vehicle ownership trends, market developments, and customer challenges.
- Help coordinate integrated marketing campaign activities focused on awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and sales support.
- Review marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, brand alignment, and audience relevance.
- Support go-to-market planning and product launch activities by helping organize messaging, promotional materials, and stakeholder input.
- Track and summarize campaign, content, and event performance using available marketing data and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including product marketing, sales, creative, digital, events, and marketing operations teams.
- Participate in project planning and status tracking to support timelines, deliverables, and approval processes.
Requirements
- Be a current student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of May 2027.
- Coursework, academic projects, internship experience, campus leadership, or other experience related to marketing strategy, messaging, digital marketing, content marketing, data analytics, market research, or business communications is helpful.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and exposure to reporting tools, analytics platforms, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong interest in marketing strategy, content development, campaign execution, and customer-focused messaging.
- Demonstrates initiative, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Interest in insurance, automotive technology, data and analytics, artificial intelligence, consumer experience, or B2B marketing.
Salary: $20/hour
