We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join our team in Canton, MS. Our team is a hands-on engineering group that works closely with production and other cross-functional teams to solve problems, improve processes, and support the day-to-day manufacturing of vehicles. ### A Day in the Life:

- Assist with investigating production concerns, analyzing data, identifying root causes, and implementing countermeasures using structured problem-solving methods.

- Support projects focused on improving manufacturing and engineering processes, efficiency, and performance.

- Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to support daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Lead a defined summer improvement project, including planning, implementation, results tracking, and final presentation preparation.

- Monitor and evaluate process performance while identifying opportunities for operational improvements.

### Who We're Looking For:

Required:

- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Students entering their Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.

- Initiative and willingness to learn in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
