Test Engineer (ATE)

What you'll do

• Create and debug ATE test programs using the Advantest 93K platform.
• Validate silicon performance across various temperature, voltage, and process conditions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve test coverage and manufacturing yields.
• Analyze data to optimize test times and reduce production costs.

What they're looking for

• BS or MS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Python, C, or C++ programming.
• Knowledge of digital test methodologies, DFT concepts, and device physics.

Pay and perks

• Annual base salary range of $82,500 to $132,000.
