### Your role in our mission

Researching, writing, editing, and proofreading technical data for use in documents or sections of documents such as manuals, procedures and specifications to provide clients with information in a less technical way.

Writes, organizes, enters, and compiles online help files to support end users.

Creates, compiles, and delivers system/software development documentation packages for example narratives, logic diagrams, input and output samples, input preparation instructions, job setup information) from technical project team inputs, system requirements analysis, system design specifications, technical system design, technical procedure development, configuration control requirements, test and training specifications, and programming notes.

Participates in quality reviews of various artifacts

### What we're looking for

- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required
- Experience working with desktop publishing, word processing, and on-line documentation software
- Experience working with industry writing style such as grammar, sentence form, and structure
- Experience working with various software products
- Ability to grasp technical solutions and convert technical knowledge into easily understood terms
- Medicaid Experience preferred
- Technical writing experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proofreading and editing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

### What you should expect in this role

- Remote-based opportunity within the United States
- Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation
