Technical Project Manager Intern - Summer 2027

What you'll do

• Assist project managers with planning, tracking, and executing tasks and deliverables
• Support project documentation including timelines, status reports, and risk logs
• Coordinate meetings and document action items and key decisions
• Monitor project milestones, deadlines, and dependencies for timely completion
• Conduct research and gather data to support project decision-making
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Present final summary of projects and experience to the Division

What they're looking for

• Graduating high school senior or current undergraduate/graduate/doctorate student
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Trello or Jira preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and technicians
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
