Tax Valuation Consulting Spring Internship 2027

What you'll do

• Assist with business valuation analyses for M&A, financial reporting, and advisory purposes
• Support valuations of privately held companies and intangible assets using Excel models
• Conduct industry, market, and company-specific research
• Prepare valuation report sections and client deliverables
• Participate in client meetings and collaborate across advisory teams

What they're looking for

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 3.7 GPA
• Previous internship or experience in valuation, investment banking, or corporate finance preferred
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Pay and perks

• $25 to $30 per hour
