We are currently looking for a Talent Management Intern to join our team in Franklin, TN. The Talent Management team is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and administration of talent management practices across the Americas region, including the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and South America. This team plays a key role in executive succession planning, leadership identification, career pathing, executive-level interviewing, and career coaching. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects, collaborate with HR Business Partners, and contribute to initiatives that help develop Nissan's future leaders.

### A Day in the Life:

- Support Talent Management projects focused on leadership development, succession planning, and talent initiatives.

- Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Planners to identify opportunities for process improvement.

- Analyze data and develop insights to support talent strategies and decision-making.

- Create resources, tools, and presentations that enhance Talent Management programs and processes.

- Assist with initiatives focused on simplifying and improving the employee development experience.

### Who We're Looking For:

Required:

- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organization and Human Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

- Students entering their Senior, or Master's program at the start of the upcoming academic term.

- Self-starter with strong execution skills and the ability to independently drive work forward.

- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

- Demonstrated curiosity and desire to learn and understand talent management processes.

- Comfort working with data, conducting analysis, and developing recommendations.

- GPA of 3.0 or above (Candidates will be required to provide an official or unofficial transcript during the application process for verification.)

- Ability to perform work onsite at Franklin, TN.
