Systems Engineering Intern Summer 2027

What you'll do

• Support Space Systems Division developing Assembly Integration and Test sequences for satellites
• Apply engineering concepts with mentors to solve real challenges in fast-paced environment
• Attend regular 1:1 meetings with mentors and supervisors for feedback and progress updates
• Participate in tech talks and networking events with interns and employees

What they're looking for

• Enrolled in bachelor's, master's, or doctorate in engineering, physics, or math with one semester remaining
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and 3+ months applied engineering experience (internship, lab, or projects)
• Ability to work full-time on-site for 12+ consecutive weeks starting May or June 2027
• Nice to have: 3.5+ GPA, 6+ months experience, spacecraft or test hardware background

Pay and perks

• $28.00 USD hourly (California)
