Sustainability, Community and Inclusive Engagement Intern

What you'll do

• Support daily operations of merged Sustainability, Community, and Inclusion team under Chief Sustainability Officer
• Divide time equally across departments: ESG research and reporting, inclusive engagement webpage maintenance, and community outreach
• Collect and analyze post-grant data, create visualizations, and support corporate fundraising campaigns

What they're looking for

• Current student pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2.5+ GPA
• Preferred majors: Human Resources, Sustainability, Marketing, Data Analytics, or Public Policy
• Strong data analysis, project management, and Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Experience with digital writing, web design, or content management systems preferred

Pay and perks

• $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
• May - August 2026 internship, on-site in St. Louis, MO
