Supplier Industrialization Engineering Intern (Summer 2027)

What you'll do

• Optimize designs for manufacturing, assembly, and efficiency with cross-functional teams.
• Manage assembly line planning, equipment commissioning, and process documentation for production.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

What they're looking for

• Students having completed at least two years of undergraduate studies.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software and reading engineering drawings with GD&T.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality planning, and problem-solving frameworks.
• Pursuing degrees in engineering, physics, chemistry, statistics, or mathematics.

Pay and perks

• Hourly rate of $40.
• Includes relocation support, housing stipend, and overtime pay.
