### Summer Intern in Insurance

The Summer Intern in Insurance will serve in the 4 primary quadrants of Insurance Experience. The Intern will serve on projects for Sales and Relationship Management, Business operations including Underwriting, Strategy and new Product development, and Customer Service.

### What you will do:

- Assist with a variety of projects and tasks for strategy, marketing, sales, relationship management, customer service, and research projects for the insurance line of business.

- Engage in outreach, research, creation, and refining of business plans, distribution strategies and financial models

- Participate in the development of market engagement strategies

- Assist in the coordination of ongoing organizational development efforts

- Clean up and interpret data

- Work on process improvement initiatives

- Other duties as assigned.

### What you will need:

- Must be an incoming Junior or Senior level

- Must be a current student throughout the duration of the intern program

- Degree concentration in Business and Mathematics preferred

- Minimum 3.0 GPA

- Self-starter with initiative and integrity

- Proficient PC skills

- Strong ability to multi-task

- Detail oriented

- Strong work ethic

- Excellent communication skills
