### Job Summary

The Investment Department at Cohen and Steers is currently seeking a motivated student to join the Global Listed Infrastructure team. The summer associate will work on various projects in support of the analysts and portfolio managers on the team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking abilities in addition to excellent communication skills. We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to perform well autonomously, but also collaboratively, among the broader team. ### Major Responsibilities/Activities

- Maintain and enhance daily valuation models and other analytical tools
- Assist on research projects associated with key infrastructure sectors and themes
- Present research conclusions to Portfolio Managers and broader investment team
- Participate in daily team meetings, where we debate investment cases and portfolio positioning
- Attend daily trading meeting
- Opportunity to learn about the asset management industry as well as the Cohen & Steers investment process

### Minimum Requirements

- Undergraduate student with an expected graduation date in 2028, pursuing a degree in economics, finance, accounting, business, or other similar field of study
- Programming/coding skills a plus
- Familiar with functions of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Must be able and willing to work in a team-oriented environment
- Good communication skills and receptive to learning a variety of tasks and technologies
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask
- Exceptional organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail
- Demonstrates inclusive behaviors in support of a culture that values diverse perspectives
- Able to meet the firm's work arrangement policy in our New York City office (5 days in-office)
