Summer 2027 Software Development Internship

What you'll do

• Develop new features and improve reliability of core services for customer intake and information dissemination
• Identify system bottlenecks and business logic flaws, then proactively address them
• Own core product problems and prove solutions are impactful at scale
• Work across the full stack without relying on other engineers or teams
• Participate in mentoring circle and professional development activities

What they're looking for

• Currently enrolled senior in bachelor's or master's in computer science, IT, engineering, or STEM field
• Proficiency in Java or Python with strong language construct expertise
• Ability to solve complex problems and perform performance tuning
• Strong communication and self-awareness skills
• US citizenship required; no sponsorship available

Pay and perks

• $22.95–$31.05 hourly (based on experience and location)
• Full-time, 10 consecutive weeks, 40 hours per week
