ABOUT THE ROLE

Support the founding team at an early-stage AI recruiting startup on projects across operations, growth, and talent workflows. Your work will help improve how the team operates and delivers its recruiting services.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support strategic projects spanning business operations, growth, and talent workflows.
  • Analyze data and build spreadsheet models or business intelligence reports to inform decisions.
  • Document processes and identify opportunities to improve operational workflows.
  • Coordinate multiple projects and deliverables with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with the team using shared documents and productivity tools.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience with data analysis, spreadsheet modeling, or business intelligence tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and follow through on deliverables.
  • Experience with process documentation, workflow optimization, or operational project management.
  • Experience in a startup, scale-up, or other fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Recruiting, talent acquisition, HR operations, CRM, ATS, or recruiting software experience is helpful.
  • Exposure to AI tools or AI-driven business models is helpful.
