Our platform, developed over two decades, is central to our operations, evolving alongside business complexities and technological advancements to support our team's success. Our people are our greatest asset, and we've cultivated an environment that attracts top talent by balancing autonomy with collaboration, and intelligence with integrity.

- Are a proactive self-starter with demonstrated leadership ability, strong ownership mentality, and the initiative to move projects forward independently.
- Demonstrate exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, with a strong foundation in programming (specifically Python) and a passion for technological innovation; familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL databases and API development is a plus.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, drive efficiency, and improve workflows; hold experience integrating AI services, including LLMs or APIs, into academic, research, internship, or personal projects.
- Have a genuine interest in the hedge fund industry and how high-performing organizations operate, with previous internship, research, or project experience in financial services, technology, or another fast-paced environment.
