### Essential Functions

- Learn EMC software development practices, tools, and standards

- Assist with development and maintenance of assigned applications

- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution activities

- Assist with review and updates to technical application documentation

- Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing activities

### Education & Experience

- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field

- Junior standing preferred

- Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher preferred

- Demonstrated interest in software development through coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities

### Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Basic understanding of programming concepts

The hiring salary range for this position will vary based on geographic location, falling within either the $19.50-$23.00 range. A hiring range represents a subset of the full salary range. The actual salary will depend on several factors, including relevant education, skills, and experience of an applicant, geographic location, and business needs.
