Software & Embedded Engineering (Talent Pipeline) - Early Career Program, Advanced EV

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and debug production-quality software using C, Rust, C++, or Python.
• Create and execute unit, integration, SIL, and HIL tests for vehicle systems.
• Integrate and troubleshoot software and hardware on prototype vehicles and test benches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams in an agile environment.

What they're looking for

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or computer science.
• Strong fundamentals in software, embedded systems, or control systems.
• Availability for the full 6-month program starting as early as March 2027.
• Ability to work onsite four or more days per week.

Pay and perks

• $5,000 pre-tax stipend for eligible commuters living over 50 miles away.
