Who will you work for?
As an intern, you will be working in a highly effective software development team responsible for the engineering and implementation of enhancing Tradeweb’s STP system, covering pre-trade, trading and post trade.
What do you need to succeed?
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- Strong coding skills with exposure to C++/Java/Python/HTML/JavaScript/Node.js
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work in a small team.
- Enthusiastic and self-starter.
- Passion for technology.
- Interest in learning about financial trading systems.
- Ability to work with different programming languages, frameworks, technologies, and operating environments based on project and team requirements.
- A big plus would be exposure to and familiarity with AI coding agents, such as Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor.

The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $35-$75 hourly based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
