Silicon Intern - Hardware & Photonics Engineering

What you'll do

• Design and model optical components enabling high-speed data movement through light.
• Test silicon photonics solutions across development stages through production readiness.
• Work on circuits that manage and operate photonic devices.
• Integrate laser systems and validate platform functionality at system level.

What they're looking for

• Currently pursuing or completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Prior practical work via projects, labs, or internship roles.
• Experience with tools like SolidWorks, ANSYS, ADS, or Cadence.

Pay and perks

• $40–$67 USD hourly.
