This role provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with performance data, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Commercial Sales Analytics team to help measure and optimize campaigns, assisting in data analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations. The position is located in Milwaukee, WI. We will provide you with a real opportunity to run reports, share your analysis, and improve our processes. ### Responsibilities - Able to strategically problem solve. - Collect, analyze, and prepare data to support sales analysis - Partner with team members to review, document, and improve current processes and procedures. - Assist in developing new reports and dashboards that drive operational insights - Ensure high quality data, and the integrity of data. - Collaborate across teams: work with Wholesale Distribution, MRO and E-Commerce teams to ensure alignment on KPIs and data needs ### Qualifications/Requirments - Currently pursuing a 2-year or 4-year degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, data science/analytics, engineering, computer science, or related field. - Strong educational focus on business and technology interaction. - Eager and willing to learn. - Proficiency with Windows-based software including Outlook, Excel, and Word, PowerPoint.
