This position is eligible to work a hybrid schedule in accordance with our Telecommuting Policy. Applicants must reside in Kansas or Missouri or be willing to relocate as a condition of employment.

Compensation
$26.50/hour
What you'll do
- Prepare documentation and development for robotic process automation (RPA).
- Analyze processes/activities and make automation recommendations for operational and functional areas.
- Quantify savings to the organization based on projects that utilize RPA solutions.
- Create process documentation and utilize business intelligence and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) converting data from various data sources into interactive dashboards and analysis reports.
- Develop/maintain systems supported by Engineering Services.
- Prepare and/or design new reports and coding as needed.
- Regularly correspond with and answer questions from supervision and management concerning automation solutions.
- Present summer projects in a final presentation to leadership.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
What you need
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate in a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Computing, Management Information Systems, or related curriculum with at least 1 year in the program
- Minimum GPA of 2.75
- Working knowledge of multiple computer languages preferred (C/C#/C++, Python, VB.Net, SQL, HTML, Java, JavaScript)
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with process documentation preferred (Visio, flowcharts, Task Capture)
- Experience automating processes using tools and techniques preferred (UiPath, Power Automate)
- Communicate effectively with employees at all organizational levels
- Self-motivated and able to learn, develop and contribute in a fast-paced environment
