Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program™ at St. Joseph’s Health

Start your nursing career with confidence through 12 month-long Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program™, designed to support newly NY State Licensed RN's as they transition into clinical practice.

As an RN Resident, you’ll receive:

- Mentorship from experienced nurses
- Peer support and collaboration
- Monthly interactive, evidence-based learning sessions
- Hands-on experience in your chosen track

You’ll build skills in:

- Clinical decision-making
- Leadership in patient care
- Evidence-based practice
- Professional development planning

### Eligibility:

All newly NY State Licensed RN Residents with less than one year of experience are automatically enrolled. Cohorts start 8 times per year.
