RN (New Grads Only) - Surgical/MedSurg, Forbes Hospital

What you'll do

• Assess patient needs and implement individualized nursing care plans on a 43-bed surgical unit
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and support staff based on patient acuity and staff competency levels
• Promote patient safety initiatives and participate in quality improvement projects
• Supervise peers, provide feedback, and mentor colleagues in clinical practice

What they're looking for

• Current Pennsylvania RN licensure or multi-state eNLC licensure
• CPR certification and required background clearances (Act 34, 33, and 73)
• Specialty certification preferred
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
