Relationship Banker I - Eugene University Street, OR (20hrs)

What you'll do

• Build client relationships through face-to-face meetings and proactive outreach to understand financial needs.
• Open accounts, process transactions, and originate consumer loans.
• Educate clients on deposit, loan, and digital banking products tailored to their goals.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products and collaborate with branch team to serve clients.

What they're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than four years retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with ability to identify client needs.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies preferred.

Pay and perks

• $20.25–$24.75 per hour.
