Position Summary

The Project Engineer Intern will support the Project Engineering team through a combination of project-based assignments and daily project support activities. This internship provides exposure to project planning, coordination, execution, and technical problem-solving within a fast-paced engineering environment. The intern will contribute to departmental goals by assisting with project documentation, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration while also leading or supporting up to three meaningful projects designed to improve project efficiency, communication, or execution processes.

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out, identify, and evaluate database solutions for key metric tracking.
  • Responsible for designing and implementing the database and dashboards.
  • Document and report all alternatives result and analysis with clear conclusions that support changes and improvements.
  • Manage time efficiently.
  • Adhere to all company policies (Safety, Human Resources, IT, or other).
  • Execute other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Obtaining bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Mechanical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering).
  • Previous experience with attention to detail, thoroughness, organization, teamwork, and analyzing information.
  • Ability to organize work and engage in a variety of tasks.
  • Ability to work in a professional team-based office environment and meet date-driven customer-focused commitments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Work ethic that exudes integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
