Your Mission in Action
As a Product Management Intern, you will work closely with the product manager, engineers, and stakeholders to help shape product roadmaps, define requirements, conduct research, and support product delivery. A strong technical foundation is important, and experience with UX/UI design principles is a significant plus.
Responsibilities
Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify opportunities and validate ideas
Partner with engineering teams to understand technical constraints and help prioritize features
Support product discovery activities, including customer interviews, surveys, and usability testing
Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend solution
Help maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and documentation
Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
Review designs and recommend improvements in user flows, wireframes, and overall user experience
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Product Management, Business with a technical focus, or related field
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams
Familiarity with software development concepts and product development lifecycle
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Travel
This position will not be required to travel
