Join the 2027 FIS University Summer Internship Program!
As a 2027 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full-time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on May 31, 2027 and conclude on August 6, 2027.
About the team
Join a team focused on creating and enhancing products that solve real client problems and drive business outcomes. The Product organization works at the intersection of customer needs, market opportunities, technology, and business strategy to define product vision, prioritize enhancements, and deliver valuable solutions. Product professionals partner closely with engineering, design, operations, sales, and client-facing teams to ensure products meet customer expectations and support company growth.
What you will be doing
- Support product managers and product owners in gathering, organizing, and documenting business and customer requirements.
- Conduct research and analysis on customer feedback, market trends, product performance, and competitive insights.
- Assist with backlog management, user story documentation, and product feature prioritization activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, and client stakeholders to support product delivery.
- Help test, validate, and monitor new features, ensuring products meet business requirements and user expectations.
What you bring
- Pursuing bachelor's degree in relevant field of study including but not limited to Business, Management Information Systems, Product Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance
- Rising Senior (graduating December 2027 through May 2028)
- Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them effectively to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
