Product Management Intern

What you'll do

• Discover user challenges through interviews, metrics, and feedback from care delivery teams
• Convert unclear problems into actionable specs, processes, and measurable goals
• Collaborate with technical, design, medical, and operational staff to build and refine AI solutions
• Take on varied tasks including observing patient interactions, onboarding staff, and developing features

What they're looking for

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Data Science, or similar; graduating December 2027 or May/June 2028
• Previous internship or related work experience in product development, tech, healthcare, or solving customer issues
• Strong ability to analyze situations and break down complex, unclear challenges into components
• Driven by product thinking and committed to learning what users actually need and delivering results
• Passionate about AI and large language models with judgment about when to apply them effectively

Pay and perks

• $55/hour
• 12-week summer 2027 position with remote work across the U.S.
