What you'll do

• Optimize consumer-facing product materials and support the post-purchase user journey.
• Define replacement component specifications and manage internal product data systems.
• Establish performance targets and user experience goals for cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate consumer research, competitive analysis, and new product setup tasks.

What they're looking for

• Current students or recent graduates of non-engineering bachelor’s or master’s programs.
• Ability to work 40 hours weekly, 5 days onsite in Needham, MA.
• Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Pay and perks

• Hourly pay range of $28–$34.
