The Role

Our site in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Product associate Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be full-time, 6 months in duration.

What You’ll Do

• Support product lifecycle management from concept through commercialization. Gather and analyze customer, market, and competitive insights.

• Partner with engineering and commercial teams to define and prioritize product requirements.

• Develop business cases, forecasts, and product performance analyses.

• Create stakeholder presentations and support cross-functional project execution.

What We Seek

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated interest in product management, technology, manufacturing, or business strategy through coursework, projects, or internships

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field

Eligibility

• Must be a currently enrolled student

• Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June

• Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co-op program

Compensation: $20-$30/hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
