What you'll do

• Support production processes and investigate quality concerns in manufacturing areas.
• Lead a project reducing downtime for high-capability torque tools.
• Analyze equipment performance and production metrics for improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams on process improvements.

What they're looking for

• Currently enrolled Junior, Senior, or Master's student in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Self-starter who works independently and drives projects forward.
• GPA 3.0 or above; hands-on automotive or mechanical experience preferred.
• Able to work onsite in Smyrna, TN.
