Post-Fab Test Engineer (2027 New College Graduate)

What you'll do

• Keep semiconductor manufacturing equipment running smoothly and identify ways to enhance performance.
• Track how equipment is functioning and use data to spot chances for better reliability and output.
• Debug equipment malfunctions, determine underlying causes, and apply fixes to prevent future problems.
• Help set up new equipment, test it, make upgrades, and prepare for production launches.
• Work across departments to solve technical challenges and meet production goals.

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or similar engineering discipline.
• Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 with satisfactory academic standing.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Preferred: prior internship or co-op work, demonstrated leadership roles, familiarity with mechanical or electrical systems.

Pay and perks

• $58,400 - $100,800 annually, determined by your background and experience level.
