Physical Therapist - Multi-Site Early Career Program

What you'll do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans across multiple settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient care, discharge planning, and family education.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers to integrate therapy services.
• Participate in staff training, student supervision, and program development as assigned.

Pay and perks
