Paint Engineering Intern - Summer 2027 - Canton, MS

What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate paint automation equipment deployment initiatives.
• Execute automation system upgrades during the summer maintenance window.
• Work across engineering, production, maintenance, and external partners on project success.
• Track project milestones, deadlines, and completion status.
• Participate directly in machinery setup, testing, and operational validation.

• Enrolled Junior or Senior pursuing degrees in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly across different business functions.
• Willingness to engage in hands-on technical work and system deployment.
• Strong capability in organizing work, solving problems, and functioning within teams.
• 3.0 GPA minimum; must be available to work at Canton, MS facility.
