The Zurn Elkay Operations & Supply Chain Internship offers a great opportunity for exposure in a hands-on learning environment. You will have the opportunity to develop a variety of technical, business, and leadership skills during the assignment. The intern will support key projects focused on material flow, workplace organization (5S), and supply chain analytics. This role provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment while helping improve efficiency, inventory management, and operational performance through data-driven recommendations. As a part of the intern program, you will have the opportunity to take advantage of the following: - Networking Events – Zurn Elkay hosts multiple networking opportunities in the Summer that give you exposure to other interns, the leadership team, and executive leaders. - Coaching and Mentoring – You will have a structured on boarding process to introduce you to Zurn Elkay's corporate culture and provide you regular feedback. - Real Work Experience – Our internship process does not include getting coffee for your boss or running copies.
