Department of Music Performance, Ensemble Resource Office
Work Study eligibility is required. Confirmation will be requesting during hiring process.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare, distribute and collect sheet music for the ensemble.
- Efficiently setup and strike all rehearsals in the 30 minutes prior and following rehearsals.
- Submit official attendance records within 24 hours.
- Confirm seating charts and assignments for rehearsals.
- Work directly with the Ensemble Resource Supervisor and Performance Librarian.
- The above is representative and not a complete and detailed list of tasks.
Required Skills
- Good communication in person and via email.
- Demonstrated ability to Keen attention to detail and timely follow up to emails.
- Must be a music student. Preference given to conducting student for the ensemble.
- Work schedule is determined in coordination with the ensemble Director/s according to the needs of the ensemble. May be required to work on weekends.
